Summary and Transcript of Commissioner's Remarks to SBOE June 26

The commissioner spoke today at the SBOE meeting this morning. I took notes and transcribed his comments. There will be an accompanying PowerPoint presentation shared by the agency some time in the future. 

Note: Spoken speech is NOT like academic prose. We don't talk in sentences or always use perfect diction. I have tried the best I can to capture what was said and how it was said.
